2025 年 6 月 12 日，乌干达能源与矿业部长露丝・南卡比鲁瓦率团出席第四届中非经贸博览会（长沙），重点考察四川科虹恒远农业科技有限公司“中乌农业合作产业园”，与公司董事长罗恒就中非“南南合作”项目展开交流。
On June 12, 2025, Ruth Ssentamu Nankabirwa, Minister of Energy and Mineral Development of Uganda, led a delegation to attend the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo in Changsha. She focused on inspecting the "China-Uganda Agricultural Cooperation Industrial Park" of Sichuan Kehong Hengyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and had an exchange with the company's chairman Luo Heng on the "South-South Cooperation" project between China and Africa.

博览会期间，南卡比鲁瓦部长专程到访四川馆展区，听取罗恒董事长关于“中乌农业合作产业园”的建设成果介绍，双方就农业与矿业资源联动开发议题交换意见。该产业园作为中非合作典范项目，获与会各国代表关注。
成都考察：深化矿业合作战略对接

应罗恒董事长邀请，南卡比鲁瓦部长于6月14日率团转赴成都，与四川科虹集团联合西航投科技集团、比优探索公司等企业，以“深化矿业合作，共促繁荣发展”为主题展开洽谈。双方明确 “建立长期战略伙伴关系、转化乌干达矿产资源潜力”的合作目标，围绕矿业项目合作模式、政策支持、采矿权申请及开发规划等议题深入研讨。
