The project is planned with a total investment of $220 million. It was designed by experts from the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China. Adopting the model of "one zone with multiple parks, cooperative development, and full - industry - chain construction", it drives the development of modern agriculture in Uganda through the "company + base + farmer" approach.

完成种植示范区、畜禽养殖区的投资建设，引进了多种适宜当地生长的农作物品种并推广种植，布局销售点，有效丰富了当地的农业产业结构；禽禽养殖和农产品加工已形成一定规模，同时吸纳了大量当地劳动力。
